The history of the Florida Virtual Campus Library Services lies in the organizations that preceded it, namely the Florida Center for Library Automation (FCLA) which served the state universities, the College Center for Library Automation (CCLA) which served the state colleges, and the Florida Academic Library Services (FALSC) which served both colleges and universities from 2014-2020.
