Overview

FLVC licenses and manages a statewide collection of electronic resources on behalf of the state’s public colleges and universities. The collection includes millions of electronic journals, newspapers, videos, e-books, and more.

These state-funded resources are selected with input from the Members Council on Library Services and the Collection Management and E-Resources Standing Committee.

Additionally, FLVC provides centralized licensing services and billing for public college and university funded e-resources through its group licensing program.

FLVC makes every effort to ensure that all license agreements adhere to the FLVC Guidelines for E-Resource License Agreements.
