Open Journal Systems, open source web application for publishing academic journals; Visitors can browse journals as a hierarchy of volumes, issues, and articles; journal editors can accept articles from researchers, edit, approve and assemble them into issues, and publish them.

OPAC
Online Public Access Catalog abbreviated as OPAC or simply Library Catalog, an online database of materials held by a library or group of libraries.
